Fourth, promote the implementation of the movement "All people unite to build a cultural life" in association with building new rural areas and civilized cities; family affairs; examination of cultural services in the area. Sixth, strengthen international cooperation; closely coordinate with units and organizations inside and outside the province to remove obstacles and attract investment in various forms and types, exploiting maximum potentials and advantages to promote tourism, culture, Sports of the province up a step, new heights have new breakthroughs.
