The Bach Thao Ngan entertainment complex is developed by Thanh Trung Transport and Trading Services Company Limited, with an investment made in 2017 covering an area of over 5 hectares, comprising 6 zones: Hotel and restaurant area (resort); sports training area, multipurpose arena; swimming pool area; recreational area; livestock farming, agricultural services area, and eco-garden along the stream. The total investment capital exceeds 205 billion VND.

Bach Thao Ngan is constructed with modern facilities but prioritizes preserving and harmonizing with the existing natural conditions. The project surrounds a natural stream approximately 400 meters long and is landscaped with lush green lawns, coconut palms, Son La plum trees, and a variety of flowers and trees, ensuring green space criteria with tree canopies covering 70% of the area, diverse flora and fauna (on land and in water).

The system of auxiliary facilities, including internal roads, ornamental flower gardens, fences, etc., is meticulously cared for. The lawns, flowers, are interspersed with large natural stone blocks transported from Yen Bai province. Some internal roads have white pebbles on both sides for foot massages, preventing slips, providing a cool, friendly, and intimate atmosphere similar to garden areas in resorts anywhere.

Bach Thao Ngan is a comprehensive entertainment complex catering to the needs of entertainment, tourism, sports, recreation, and relaxation for people of all ages. Currently, the water park area has been substantially completed. It features a modern electrical system operated automatically; a spacious equipment management area implemented through facial recognition; and waiting and light dining service areas. The artificial wave pool, thrilling slides with 3 lanes, children's play area, lazy river, and standardized swimming pool for competitions... are constructed with scale and modernity, ensuring memorable experiences for visitors.

Ms. Hoang Thi Mai, Chairwoman of the Board of Directors and Director of Thanh Trung Transport and Trading Services Company Limited, stated that she has visited many amusement parks both domestically and internationally and observed the significant demand for large-scale, modern entertainment venues in our province. In addition, the company possesses land for agricultural business and production. Based on these conditions, she and the shareholders of the company decided to redirect and invest a large amount of capital in the most modern equipment to meet the demand for comprehensive entertainment, recreation, and closed-loop relaxation for the people in the province and neighboring provinces. Especially, creating venues for events (weddings, conferences, workshops), sports competitions (swimming, football...), team activities for units, enterprises; visiting and experiencing agricultural production, ornamental creatures for students... The project's items are implemented to ensure compliance with environmental protection regulations, fire prevention and fighting, public order, and labor safety. Especially, creating jobs for over 100 local workers with tasks such as plant care, rescue, bartenders, and service staff...

Currently, other items are also being accelerated by the company such as the sports arena, 2 artificial turf football fields for adults, 1 artificial turf football field for children; 70% completion of the 5-storey hotel area, with 45 rooms of 4-star standard (12 family rooms and 5 community guesthouses) and a 3-storey event organizing house; landscaping area, park, indoor and outdoor play areas, eco-garden including cultivation, livestock, ornamental creatures... Bach Thao Ngan is expected to open and operate outdoor entertainment areas (water parks) on April 30, 2024.

Comrade Do Dinh Dat, Vice Chairman of Tuyen Quang City People's Committee, affirmed that completing and putting into operation the Bach Thao Ngan amusement and entertainment complex will contribute to partially solving the problem of recreational, recreational, accommodation, and event organization venues when tourists choose Tuyen Quang as their destination in their travel itinerary. Bach Thao Ngan is also a highlight, creating a playful, close-to-nature environment for children through activities, agricultural production practices; creating a fresh natural landscape for the city, providing interesting and memorable experiences for every visitor. On the other hand, the Bach Thao Ngan Entertainment Complex also contributes to building synchronized, modern tourism infrastructure, promoting rapid and sustainable development of the city's tourism industry.
