Mr. Sung Van Ky, Chairman of Sinh Long Commune People's Committee, said that Sinh Long commune currently has 367 households growing Shan Tuyet tea, with an area of nearly 1,000 hectares. Currently, Shan Tuyet tea is the main crop of the locality and has helped many households improve their income and stabilize their lives.

In 2019, Son Tra Cooperative purchased raw tea from members of the cooperative and people to process and sell nearly 10 tons of finished tea to the market, with a turnover of more than VND 2 billion. In 2020, Son Tra Cooperative strives to sell to the market 12 to 15 tons of finished Shan Tuyet tea, with a turnover of 4 to 5 billion VND.

The effect of Shan Tuyet tea has confirmed the right direction in economic restructuring of Na Hang district. Shan Tuyet tea trees not only help to green the bare land, prevent natural disasters, but also play an important role in the poverty reduction program to improve the living standards of mountainous households and ethnic minorities in Vietnam. district.
