According to companies in the Tourism Stimulus Alliance such as Vietrantour, Hanoitourist, Hanoi Redtours..., due to the new development of the epidemic, localities simultaneously stopped welcoming guests at tourist attractions, historical and cultural relics. , scenic spots, museums, restaurants, bars..., so the service at the destination does not guarantee the tour program for guests. Besides, guests also have anxiety when moving, so almost all of them cancel the tour. Therefore, businesses have agreed to temporarily suspend the provision of stimulus tours and some other domestic tours.

Talking to the press, Mr. Vu The Binh, Standing Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Tourism Association, said that when Vietnam recorded more Covid-19 cases, travel companies were not for their own benefit, but risking the health of residents and visitors. It is necessary to suspend the stimulus tour at this time. However, the Association continues to maintain the alliance to stimulate demand and encourage businesses to continue building products. The tourism stimulus program will restart when the Covid-19 epidemic is under control.

Up to now, the provinces and cities, such as: Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Quang Ninh, Ninh Binh, Quang Binh, Thua Thien - Hue, Quang Nam, Quang Ngai, Binh Dinh, Phu Yen, Tien Giang, An Giang, Ben Tre, Dong Thap, Ba Ria - Vung Tau..., have temporarily stopped receiving international guests, temporarily stopped receiving guests on the islands; Temporarily suspending operation of bars, karaoke, discos, massage establishments, restaurants, cinemas, museums, historical - cultural - scenic sites...

In Hanoi, according to the Department of Tourism, monuments, museums, entertainment areas have strictly implemented the policy, suspending operations until the end of March 31. During this time, localities continue to spray and disinfect, prepare conditions for epidemic prevention and control to return to operation, and better serve tourists when the epidemic is under control.
