2. Organize the 3rd International Hot Air Balloon Festival - Tuyen Quang in 2024
2.1. Time: From April 28 to May 2, 2024.
2.2. Location: Nguyen Tat Thanh Square, Tuyen Quang city.
Demonstrating and serving visitors the experience of flying hot air balloons, including 23 hot air balloons (10 free-flying hot air balloons, 8 hanging hot air balloons, 5 (mini) demonstration balloons).
- Organize 03 nights of DJ music performances combined with the Hot Air Balloon Light Festival (from 8:00 p.m., dates: April 28, 29, 30, 2024).
- Organize exchange activities between students and international hot air balloon pilots; Some free flights for ethnic minorities, reporters from some press agencies, celebrities (facebookers, Youtubers, TikTokers...) to serve propaganda and promotion of the festival association and image of the land, people, cultural and tourism potential of the province.
