Before building houses, households highly agreed to exchange land for a large enough space to build a house on stilts. Each house gives up a bit, so the overall look of the house is beautiful. Having a beautiful house, Mr. Chu works as a homestay service to welcome guests. In early 2020, due to the Covid-19 pandemic, it greatly affected the tourism activities of the province, including Chiem Hoa. The number of tourists has decreased significantly. In order to anticipate a tourism trend after Covid-19 is under control, the district continues to direct households to take advantage of this time to decorate and repair their houses and campuses. At the same time, strengthen the promotion to welcome guests safely. Especially, recently, homestay Thuon Chang and Phieng Khang, Ban Ba ​​village, Trung Ha commune have opened and put into operation. Since then, creating favorable conditions for homestay tourism services to develop, gradually improving people's lives.
