Opening of the training class

From June 7 to June 11, 2023, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism in collaboration with the People's Committee of Tuyen Quang City, Hanoi University of Culture organized a refresher course on community tourism. VND (project 6). Attending the class, there were over 70 students who are social workers of communes and wards; Individuals and households doing business in community tourism services and households wishing to invest in and do business in doing community tourism in ethnic minority areas in Tuyen Quang City are taught members of Hanoi University of Culture directly teach and impart to students the following topics: Introduction of national standards on community-based tourism, service quality; Communicate and behave in a civilized manner in community tourism; Organizing the reception of guests and professional guidance; Organizing accommodation and food tours at the homestay.
