Therefore, the district has implemented mechanisms and policies to encourage investment in tourism development in order to mobilize resources to attract investment, focusing on Lang Can, Thuong Lam, Khuon Ha, Phuc Yen and Lang Can communes. During the tenure, Lam Binh district has connected over 200 travel and tourism companies to survey, build products, connect tours. For example: Five Star Trading and Service Company Limited; Sao Nam Viet Company (Hanoi); Lam Binh Non Nuoc Tourism Co., Ltd connects tours to bring tourists to visit and travel; ETHOS Company (Sa Pa) connects tours exclusively for foreign tourists, regularly bringing foreign tourists to the district. The system of tourist accommodation establishments has developed strongly in both quantity and quality. During the term, there were 8 more households and 1 cooperative registered to provide homestay tourism services, bringing the total number of households participating in tourism services in the whole district to 24 households. Mr. Luong Duy Doanh, Director of Five-Star Tourism Company, owner of Nam Dip homestay, Nam Dip village, Lang Can commune, said that every month, Nam Dip homestay has attracted 200-300 visitors to stay, visit, create jobs for 5-10 people locally.

During the tenure, the district has maintained and organized many cultural activities to create highlights to attract tourists to experience Lam Binh. Especially organize the Kayak Race; Tong Tong Festival; Fire Dance Festival in Hong Quang Commune, Cultural Festival of Mong and Dao ethnic groups; The Ceremony of Gratitude; seminars, linking tourist areas with neighboring provinces... Tourists coming to Lam Binh have increased significantly, in 2016 the whole district welcomed 13,500 visitors, in 2019 it increased to over 100,000 arrivals, estimated revenue from tourism reached over 60 billion.

In addition to image promotion activities, Lam Binh district has also focused on developing human resources and local products such as: Organizing 7 training courses for tour guides, tour narrators, and professional skills. rooms, rooms, cooking for over 300 students; teach communication English for free; visiting, learning experiences in Ba Vi (Hanoi), Mai Chau (Hoa Binh), Ha Giang, Thai Nguyen; developing experience services according to product chains such as making traditional noodles, bamboo and bamboo products, knitting, brocade weaving of the Tay and Pa Then ethnic groups, farming experiences, cooking essential oils.. .

Determining the importance of propaganda and promotion of Lam Binh's image, the District People's Committee directed specialized agencies to: Build and operate the website: "dulichlambinh.gov.vn"; maintain and regularly update the "TOURISM" column on the district's web portal and the fanpage "Lam Binh Tourism, Tuyen Quang"; posting video clips promoting tourism on social networking sites facebook, youtube; participate in cultural events inside and outside the province to make a good impression on tourists.

Comrade Nguyen Van Hien, Vice Chairman of Lam Binh District People's Committee, said that Lam Binh tourism for the 2015-2020 term has made remarkable progress, promoting the local economic development. However, there are still difficulties such as: Mobilizing resources to build roads connecting tours and routes at scenic spots; facilities for tourists in households; There are not many souvenir products for tourists to choose from... Currently, the district is gradually completing its tourism development plan to 2020 such as building a cultural village of ethnic minorities in Nam Diep village, Lang Can commune; Na Dong and Na Tong villages, Thuong Lam commune; restore and preserve traditional culture, rituals and house architecture of the Pa Then and Thuy ethnic groups; focus on building detailed planning of tourist zones and spots in the district to serve as a basis for attracting investment and implementing tourism development tasks in the next period. With specific orientations and jobs, Lam Binh district continues to strive to turn the tourism industry into an important local economic sector, contributing to improving the material and spiritual life of the people.
