Na Hang district has great potential for the development of tourism economy. With an area of ​​more than 8,000 hectares, Na Hang ecological lake connects waterways from Na Hang town with 8 communes zone C of the district and communes of Lam Binh district; connected to Ba Be National Scenic Area of ​​Bac Kan province. Na Hang Nature Reserve with over 33,000 hectares belongs to Thanh Tuong, Son Phu, Khau Tinh, Con Lon communes and Na Hang town, bordering the communes of Chiem Hoa, Lam Binh and Cho Don districts (Bac Kan). ). In the reserve, there are over 21,000 hectares of special-use forests, spectacular natural landscapes, and high biodiversity. Up to now, scientists have identified more than 2,000 species of plants, many of which are recorded in the Red Book of Vietnam such as mussels, gnats, flower slices, nails, bamboo pine, dandelion, agarwood, many species of orchids, precious medicinal plants… The reserve has many species of precious birds and animals, thousands of types of fish, including blue giraffe, anh vu; Many species of animals in the reserve are recorded in the Vietnam Red Book, the World Red Book such as the snub-nosed langur, the white-nosed black langur, the land turtle, etc., which receive the attention of tourists to experience and discover.

The Provincial People's Committee is coordinating with the People's Committee of Bac Kan province to make a dossier to request UNESCO to recognize Ba Be Lake (Bac Kan) - Na Hang - Lam Binh (Tuyen Quang) as a world natural heritage.
