Within the framework of the program, the provinces/cities of Quang Ninh, Lang Son, Cao Bang, Hai Phong (Vietnam) and Guangxi (China) held meetings and talks to exchange, discuss and agree on further promoting cooperation and exchange in the fields of culture and tourism.
The two sides signed the Minutes of the Talks on the Cultural and Tourism Exchange Program.
On September 28 and 29, the delegations conducted surveys and studied models of some tourist destinations in Guangxi province, China.
