At the program, the Organizing Committee announced and presented the Decision of the People's Committee of Tuyen Quang province recognizing the Na Hang - Lam Binh eco-tourism area as a provincial-level tourist area. This is an important milestone in the development of local tourism, opening up great opportunities for the tourism industry and the socio-economic development of Na Hang district and surrounding areas.

Delegates, tourists and people enjoyed a special art program with the theme Na Hang - Firm steps to the future. The 2025 Na Hang Fragrance Festival with many attractive activities: traditional costume performance contest; Na Hang district folk dance festival; embroidery contest on ethnic costumes; highland culinary culture week; activities "returning to Then singing place" and visiting the special National Monument - Na Hang - Lam Binh Nature Reserve, night market, walking street; cultural and sports exchanges, tea tasting, visiting and experiencing pear and tea gardens in Hong Thai and Thanh Tuong communes...

This is an opportunity for the district to promote its potential, ecological strengths, unique natural landscapes and ethnic cultural identities to develop tourism and services to attract domestic and foreign tourists to visit and experience; stimulate the demand for agricultural products, OCOP, and local goods, contributing to the effective implementation of the Resolution of the Standing Committee of the Na Hang District Party Committee on developing tourism into an important economic sector of the district in the period of 2021-2025, with a vision to 2030.

The festival takes place from March 7 to 31.

At the opening night, the District People's Committee organized the award ceremony for the 2024 "Land and People of Na Hang" photo contest. After more than 6 months of launching, the Organizing Committee of the 2024 "Land and People of Na Hang" photo contest has received attention and participation from professional and non-professional creative forces in and outside the province with over 60 authors participating.

The Organizing Committee has selected 19 outstanding works to award prizes. Of which, 1 first prize was awarded to author Le Hong Duc with the work Flying over the Golden Season; 3 second prizes, 5 third prizes, and 10 consolation prizes were awarded.

The winning works were selected by the Organizing Committee to be displayed in the 2025 Na Hang Fragrance Festival program from March 8 to 10 at the Na Hang District Cultural House.
