The People's Committee of Tuyen Quang City has just issued a document agreeing to allow villages, hamlets, and residential groups that have completed the installation of mid-autumn lantern models to participate in parades on main streets, contributing to attracting tourists and widely promoting the Thanh Tuyen Festival.

Time: From August 2, 2024 (ie June 28 of the Lunar calendar); starting from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. on weekdays.

Requirements for models participating in the performance on roads and streets:

+ Models must be fully assembled, aesthetically pleasing and in accordance with cultural regulations.

+ The performance process must ensure the safety of people on the models, ensure traffic safety, fire and explosion prevention, and electrical safety in accordance with the time and route prescribed by the City People's Committee.

+ Do not set off fireworks during the model parade.

Model car drivers are absolutely not allowed to use stimulants, alcoholic beverages, and must have a valid driver's license.

Participants in the performance must wear beautiful, polite costumes, not wear offensive costumes, and not dress up as characters that are not suitable for Vietnamese culture and customs.
