Following the success of the 2023 Na Hang Fragrance Festival, the 2024 Na Hang Fragrance Festival is organized to attract tourists from inside and outside the province to visit, experience and admire the scent of pear flowers, in order to promote ecological potentials and strengths, unique natural landscapes and ethnic cultural identities to develop tourism and services in the district; Integrate the Festival's activities to develop tourism, trade and services, stimulate demand for products, especially agricultural products, OCOP products, and local goods. Main activities include:
I. ACTIVITIES AT NA HANG TOWN CENTER
1. Opening of Na Hang Flavor Festival 2024
Held time: Expected at 8:00 p.m., March 2, 2024 (Saturday);
Location: At Na Hang Water Wharf;
The main contents include: Announcing the results of the beautiful photo contest "Land and people of Na Hang" in 2024. Special art program, with the theme: Shimmering legend of the mountain lake (Art program on the lake Na Hang Palace; announced a new musical work composed about Na Hang district; performed Vietnamese ao dai and ethnic costumes of Na Hang district; promoted the tourism product "Back to Then singing place" with light. Shimmering colors at night on Na Hang hydroelectric lake; Check in the longest Hoa Pear street in Vietnam.
2. Organize activities "Returning to Then singing place"
Time: Planned to be held regularly on weeknights on Festival event days;
Location: At Na Hang Water Wharf;
Main content: Experiencing cuisine, admiring the lake view and listening to then singing.
3. Night market activities and walking streets, check in at the happy tree point
Time: Estimated from March 1 to March 3, 2024 (Friday to Sunday);
Location: At Na Hang Night Market, Happy Tree point;
Main content: Organizing the display, introduction and sale of typical products of the district; enjoy tea; Decorate the tea and check-in spot at the Tree of Happiness on the banks of the hydroelectric dam.
4. Visit the special national monument Na Hang - Lam Binh, travel to explore and experience forest roads
Time: Estimated Festival dates;
Location: Tuyen Quang hydroelectric lake;
Main content: Sightseeing and admiring the beautiful scenery of the Special National Monument Na Hang - Lam Binh Nature Reserve.
II. ACTIVITIES IN KANG KH COMMUNE
Time: Expected to be held from March 1-3, 2024 (Friday to Sunday);
Location: Phieng Bung forest park, Nang Kha commune;
Content of outdoor activities: Camping; performing cultural exchange programs; air volleyball friendly; blindfolded to catch chickens, blindfolded to catch pigs, decorated with 4 LED lights, spots for tourists to take photos (check in); countryside market; organize a space to enjoy tea...
III. ACTIVITIES IN HONG THAI COMMUNE
Time: Activities are expected to take place during the Festival;
Location: At the commune stadium, Don hill, paragliding site, pear garden in Khau Trang village, pear flower route from Primary and Secondary schools in Hong Thai commune to Khuoi Phay village, Hong Thai commune; Flower and vegetable gardens on terraced fields in Hong Thai commune and households;
Content: Organize cultural and sports exchange programs; towel embroidering and beeswax painting competitions on Dao Tien people's costumes; tea picking and tea star competitions; enjoy tea; Visit and experience pear gardens and ancient tea gardens; Visit the Community Tourism Cultural Village of Khau Trang village, walk, check out the pear blossom route, hunt clouds, watch the sunset; Experience ethnic cuisine; fire jump...
