Huong Nghiem Pagoda, also known as Hang Pagoda, is located at the foot of Huong Nghiem Mountain. The pagoda is located in a natural rock cave with 02 arches of stone roofs and many stalactites hanging down of all shapes. This is an ancient temple built in the 16th century, during the Mac Dynasty (Mac Dang Doanh), to meet the religious needs and to entrust the people's spiritual belief in the Buddha. The pagoda is located in Huong Nghiem mountain, in the relic complex with Bau Citadel, Binh Ca wharf. This is a place with charming natural scenery, a land with a rich culture with the place Truong Thi - the place where the exams of the feudal dynasties were held. Huong Nghiem Pagoda (Hang Pagoda) is located in a rock cave 50 meters deep, the widest place in the temple is about 30 meters.
