Attending the opening ceremony were representatives from the provinces of Ha Giang, Thai Nguyen, Lang Son, Cao Bang, travel agencies and a large number of people and tourists from all over the country.
In his opening speech, Comrade Hoang Viet Phuong, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Head of the Organizing Committee of the Tourism Year of Tuyen Quang Province in 2025 affirmed: Since the 16th century, Tuyen Quang was chosen by the Mac and Bau dynasties as the place to build a citadel, and since then has become the capital of a region protecting the north of Thang Long citadel throughout the history of the country.
Comrade Hoang Viet Phuong, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee delivered the opening speech of the Tuyen Quang Province Tourism Year 2025.
The names of the land and villages here are deeply associated with important events in the history of the Vietnamese revolution. Also in Tuyen Quang, Uncle Ho lived and worked for nearly 6 years and since the fall of 1945, the image of Na Nua hut, the banyan tree, and Tan Trao communal house roof have become symbols of Vietnam.
Not only is it a living museum of the history of the Vietnamese revolution, this place is also a land where beautiful nature and a rich, diverse and deep traditional culture converge in harmony... From these values, Tuyen Quang tourism has gradually grown strongly, shaping its position on the map of Vietnamese tourism.
Famous and attractive destinations such as: Tan Trao Special National Monument; Na Hang and Lam Binh Eco-tourism Area; My Lam Mineral Spring Tourist Area; Ban Ba Waterfall National Scenic Area; Nguyen Tat Thanh Square - "Asian Cityscape" - The quintessence of mountains and forests, along with unique cultural festivals bearing the brand of Tuyen Quang.

Among them, Thanh Tuyen Festival was certified by the Vietnam Guinness Record Organization as "Thanh Tuyen Festival Night with many unique and largest lantern models in Vietnam" and was granted a copyright certificate for the trademark "Thanh Tuyen FESTIVAL" by the Department of Intellectual Property.
With the characteristics of "Mau Thoai land", it has become the cultural pride of Tuyen Quang province, a spiritual meeting place with a system of famous and sacred temples and pagodas that annually attract tens of thousands of pilgrims and worshipers. All of these have, are and will continue to affirm the attractiveness of Tuyen Quang tourism, a promising economic sector.
Comrade Hoang Viet Phuong affirmed that coming to Tuyen Quang Province Tourism Year 2025, visitors will have interesting experiences and discoveries, deeply impressed with unique tourism products. From the lovely paragliders, visitors are free to fly in the sky, enjoying the panoramic view of the “Liberated Capital”, “Resistance Capital” along the historic Lo River, the poetic Pho Day River. From the streets of the central wards of the city, visitors can visit the booths displaying and introducing unique tourism products and craft villages of Tuyen; and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of DJ music nights on the outdoor stage.

During the journey to explore Tuyen Quang, visitors can experience the typical tourism product "Old war zone - new experience", experience the cultural identity, customs and practices of the ethnic cultural village with the traditional wedding of the Tay ethnic group, making war zone rice...
Experience the tourism product "Discovery journey" with primeval forests, caves, waterfalls; experience agricultural tourism, unique cuisine... and attractive tourism events and activities taking place at tourist areas and spots in the districts and cities.
On this occasion, the Flamingo Heritage Onsen and Resort complex in Tan Trao commune (Son Duong) was also officially opened and put into operation.
At the opening ceremony of the Tourism Year of Tuyen Quang province, an art program with the theme "Tuyen Quang - the legendary land" was elaborately staged, leaving many deep impressions about the land and people of Tuyen Quang with delegates, people and tourists from all over.
