The 9th Provincial Sports Congress with 15 sports with nearly 1,000 athletes participating in the competition. At the end of the competition, the Organizing Committee awarded 47 sets of medals, flags and bonuses for individual, team, team, and team events, and well organized grassroots Sports Congresses. The first prize of the whole team went to the athletes' union in Tuyen Quang city, the second prize in Son Duong district, and the third prize in Ham Yen district. All 7 districts and cities were awarded the flags of the organization of grassroots sports congresses. At the closing ceremony, there were  21 collectives and 6 individuals who were awarded Certificates of Merit by the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee for their achievements in organizing the 9th Provincial Sports Congress.
