Truc Lam Chinh Phap Tuyen Quang Zen Monastery was officially built in 2019, in Trang Da commune (Tuyen Quang city) with  5 main items, abbot by Venerable Thich Truc Thong Pho. Up to now, the main item is the Temple of the Three Jewels, a place to worship Buddha, patriarchs, store Buddhist scriptures, documents and books about the Truc Lam Zen sect, the living place of monks, nuns, and Buddhists... basically completed. The Tam Bao building consists of 3 floors: the lecture hall, the meditation hall and the open-air ceremony courtyard. Above the ceremony ground is a 3-storey tower. Located at the highest point of the tower is the statue of Shakyamuni Buddha holding a lotus branch, which has just been completed in 2022. Buddha statue is 18m high, 12m wide, 4m high lotus. From the 3rd floor position of the tower, as far as the eye can see, visitors will admire the panoramic beauty of the central area of Tuyen Quang city with majestic mountains, the majestic historical Lo line with poetic bridges. A large number of people and tourists travel in the spring at Truc Lam Chinh Phap Zen Monastery, Tuyen Quang

Currently, the east and west corridors and Tam Quan gate are actively under construction, expected to be completed in 2023. According to Venerable Thich Truc Thanh Minh, Tam Quan gate was designed and built from the idea of Tue tower. Quang, the place to worship the relics (jewel bones) of Ngoc Hoang Tran Nhan Tong on Yen Tu mountain (Quang Ninh) with 3 entrance gates. At the gate, there is a tower of 12m high, sitting on a stone wall (symbolizing the wall)... The unique feature of the architectural complex in the monastery is that it retains the ancient features of traditional Vietnamese temples. It also has modern features with high, wide and airy spaces, creating comfort and comfort for visitors when coming to worship during crowded holidays and Tet.

The remaining items such as: Dai Tri Institute (for educational services), Dai Hanh Institute (for medical services), Dai Bi Institute (where children's activities are organized) are in the process of waiting for business. socialization fee to build.

In 2023, the Zen Monastery will make efforts to implement processes and procedures to start construction of the "giant" statue of Buddha Emperor Tran Nhan Tong on Mount Dom. The Buddha statue is expected to be 80m high, sitting with his back against the mountain. This is a unique architectural feature, prominent among the majestic mountains, which will surely be an impressive highlight for the local spiritual tourism landscape.

Step by step forming the Festival

Although still under construction, the monastery has attracted a large number of tourists and people to worship on all days of the week. Only in the 5 days of the Lunar New Year of the Year of the Rabbit 2023, the monastery welcomes nearly 2,000 visitors per day.
Venerable Thich Truc Thanh Minh added that the monastery not only serves the spiritual needs of Buddhists, but also organizes other activities such as: Organizing summer retreats for students. youth; Or organize Hang Thuan ceremony (wedding ceremony) for young couples according to Buddhist rites...

One of the highlights of the monastery's activities in 2023 is the organization of the Truc Lam Dharma Conference. The Dharma conference is scheduled to take place in 3 days, February 24, 25, and 26. This is an opportunity for Zen monasteries of the Truc Lam sect of Vietnam in the northern region to gather here to invite their uncles and share their practice experiences for generations of young monks and nuns; review the traditional history of the Truc Lam Zen sect so that future generations of monks and nuns can learn from, continue and promote the good tradition of the Zen sect. Also within the framework of the Dharma Conference, many meaningful activities will take place, including activities for young people such as: Talking, sharing about entrepreneurship, career guidance of Buddhists who are successful entrepreneurs. and is expected to hold the kick-off ceremony of the statue of Buddha Emperor Tran Nhan Tong on Mount Dom...

This is the first time Truc Lam Chinh Phap Tuyen Quang Zen Monastery has organized such a large-scale Dharma conference. The successful organization of the Dharma Conference is a premise for the monastery to learn from experience, continue to develop the Fa conference, and raise it to an annual festival held in the early spring at the monastery in the following years.
