After a year of hard work and study, in the early spring of the new year, many tourists choose the "peaceful and relaxed" tour. And Tuyen Quang, a northern mountainous province that is not too noisy, is considered an interesting stopover. So what's so attractive about spring tourism in Tuyen?

Bustling festival

In Tuyen Quang, spiritual tourism is very rich. The province has more than 30 temples, including many ancient temples of the Ly and Tran dynasties. At the beginning of the new year, the pagodas open festivals, attracting a large number of Buddhists and tourists. Like Hang Pagoda Festival, An Khang Commune (Tuyen Quang City) on January 8. Bao Ninh Sung Phuc Pagoda Festival, Yen Nguyen Commune (Chiem Hoa) on January 4th. Phat Lam Pagoda Festival, Nhu Han Commune (Yen Son) on January 9. Ms. Nguyen Thi Hang, a Buddhist in Tan Quang Ward (Tuyen Quang City) said that every time I go to the temple door, I feel peaceful and light, all worries and anxieties of life are resolved. Going to the temple, I light a candle with respect and pray for good luck and health for the family, pray for everyone's peace in the new year, good children, good study.

Tourists go to Lam Binh district Long Tong Festival.

Tuyen Quang is also the land of sacred temples. Temples in Tuyen are most concentrated in Tuyen Quang city. In the early spring days, the parking lots at the temples are full, thousands of tourists from all over the world flock to Tuyen Quang on this occasion. The temple here mostly worships Mother Tam Phu, who is Mother Thuong Thien who rules over the sky, Mother Thuong thousand governs the forests and mountains, and Mau Thoai rules the rivers. Mr. Nguyen Van Can, a visitor from Hanoi, affirmed that his family enjoyed participating in the procession of the Mother of the Lower, Upper, and la Temples in the early February of the lunar calendar. He was also impressed with many temples in Tuyen Quang, such as the temple with strange names Bach Than (Chiem Hoa), Pac Ta (Na Hang), Pu Bao (Lam Binh), Bac Muc (Ham Yen). Mr. Can said that going to the temple is returning to the roots of our nation's culture and pure Vietnamese beliefs. It is to respect the Holy Mother and the National Heroes.

In Tuyen Quang, there are also very special early spring festivals. The Tay people have the Long Tong festival - the festival of going to the fields. The Long Tong festival is available from the village level to the district level. The priest performing the ceremony will pray for the whole community to have a year of favorable rain, good wind, and a full and healthy home. For the Tay family on holidays, even if the family is busy, they have to put it aside to go to the festival. Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh, a tourist in Vinh Phuc was delighted to have witnessed the impressive Then singing performance, the plowing ceremony, and the transplant competition at the Lam Binh District Long Tong Festival. She said, looking at the fruit still flying high brings many wishes for a new year. At the time of blessing, she was given one fruit and returned to get lucky. She was fascinated because during the festival there were many folk games, stalls with local specialties, and ethnic minority costumes, which only the northern mountainous provinces have. In Tuyen Quang, according to her, there are some quite strange-sounding festivals such as Fire Dance Festival, Country Market - Dong Tien festival, Thut market festival that many visitors want to go.

In early spring, Thuong Temple, Trang Da commune, Tuyen Quang city welcomed many tourists from all over the world.

The source is also a prominent tourism activity of the locality. Revolutionary relics such as Tan Trao (Son Duong), Kim Quan, My Bang (Yen Son), Kim Binh (Chiem Hoa) in the early spring of the new year welcome a large number of visitors. Visitors' activities have both experienced the old war zone, and educated revolutionary traditions for generations of Vietnamese people, demonstrating the morality of drinking water, remembering the source...

Flowering season in the highlands

In Tuyen Quang, there are many flowers symbolizing spring. Those are the ancient peach trees blooming with flowers, showing off their colors next to the roofs of stilts, the walled houses, the yin and yang tile houses. This romantic and poetic scene captivates many visitors. The deeper you go into the villages of Tuyen, the more amazed you are at the peaceful beauty of the highlands. Only a peach tree blooms on the left side of the house, under the canopy are strange eyes, charming and shy smiles. The whole spring space flared up again. For the peach tree, most of us live scattered and independent, but it adorns the spring air. Now the homestays know how to take care of the peach trees they purposefully plant, expecting it to create a landscape for the whole community.

The plum blossom season in Na Hec, Yen Lap commune, Chiem Hoa this year promises an attractive tour.

Unlike peach trees, pear trees in Hong Thai commune live in populations. Currently, the whole commune has a total of 106 hectares of pear trees, almost every house has a few roots or a few dozen to hundreds of roots planted around the garden, planted on hills and mountains. Mr. Nguyen Thin, Deputy Head of the Culture and Information Department of Na Hang district, affirmed that in recent years, Hong Thai has been a tourist attraction of Na Hang district, so the Hong Thai pear blossom season has been paid more and more attention. The number of people wishing to enjoy the beauty of pear flowers is increasing. Hong Thai commune has organized the pear flower festival at the commune level, and is expected to organize the district pear flower festival in 2023. Besides pear flowers, Hong Thai commune has a season of yellow canola flowers in Na Mu village. This is a fairly new tourism product with unique local characteristics, especially in the spring.

In 2023, Yen Lap commune (Chiem Hoa) will well prepare conditions to welcome tourists to visit plum blossom gardens in Na Hec village. The road to this place is also repaired, the owners are busy creating spots for visitors to take photos and videos. Ms. Tran Hong Nhung, a tourist from Tuyen Quang city, confided that last year, she saw on the radio and social networks that the pictures of plum flowers in Na Hec were so beautiful. This spring, her group planned a photography tour in Na Hec. After that, the group moved and took pictures with the Moc Mien (rice flower) season.

Just this much, it says all spring in this land of Tuyen already!
